Our service
Found by Design, operated by iTrading Australia Pty Ltd, provides website production, SEO, online payment integration and separately scoped social media content services. A project starts under an agreed written scope, quote and delivery arrangement. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
Packages and prices
All advertised package amounts are in Australian dollars and exclude 10% GST; GST-inclusive totals are displayed alongside them. The final written quote confirms the applicable tax and total. Foundation includes a homepage, six subpages and a separate Contact us page, without animation. Momentum adds three subpages, homepage animation, live chat and Google review integration. Commerce adds payment integration, basic online ordering and shipping integration within the agreed scope.
What is additional
Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, third-party subscriptions, payment processing fees and postage are not included in website production prices. Content writing, translations, extra pages, complex integrations, custom animation and ongoing maintenance are confirmed separately in the quote. No optional purchase is included without an agreed scope.
Agreeing the details
Before work begins, we confirm page definitions, supplied content, revision rounds, animation complexity, product quantities, delivery rules, milestones and handover. Client changes outside that scope may require an updated quote. Delivery depends on receiving the agreed materials and feedback.
SEO and online payments
Search rankings, visitor numbers and sales are not guaranteed. Payment services depend on the client’s own merchant account, provider approval, supported countries and provider terms. Testing and the decision to enable live payments are part of the agreed handover.
Your materials and final delivery
Please provide content, images, logos and references you have permission to share and use. References guide an original design. The quote sets out ownership, licences, platform access and final deliverables. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
