What we collect
When you send a brief, we collect the contact and business details, project requirements, website references and images you choose to provide. We record your consent and a submission reference. A short-lived, date-scoped hash of your network address is used to limit spam. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential customer records.
Why we use it
We use your information to assess your project, prepare a quote and contact you about your enquiry. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell your enquiry data.
Storage and access
Project briefs and images are stored in the website database hosted by WP Engine and its infrastructure providers. Only authorised WordPress administrators can retrieve submitted images. Service providers may process information outside your country. Basic request logs and essential sign-in information may be processed to operate the website.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information while handling your request and for reasonable business and legal recordkeeping needs. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion; we will assess your request and explain any records we need to retain.
Cookies and reference material
This website has no advertising trackers or optional analytics configured. Essential platform or sign-in cookies may be used. Files selected in an unfinished form stay in the browser until you send the brief. Only upload material you are entitled to share.
External websites
Portfolio and other external links have their own privacy practices. Opening an email link uses your chosen mail application. Your submission is saved to our private project inbox; this website does not automatically send an email confirmation.
