Absolutely. Describe your business and goals in your own words. Our guided brief explains what we need, and you can include examples instead of technical specifications.
Are the prices ongoing subscriptions?
The three displayed packages are one-off website production prices, plus GST. Hosting, domains, paid services, maintenance and SEO may have separate costs; your written quote sets these out.
Can my website accept online payments?
Yes. The Commerce package includes payment integration, basic ordering and shipping integration within the agreed scope. We use your own merchant account; approval, country availability and transaction fees depend on the provider.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No. SEO depends on competition, your site, content and search engines. We agree clear work, goals and reporting rather than promise a ranking.
Can I send my requirements in another language?
Yes. This website and its project brief support English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese. Tell us your preferred communication language; we confirm delivery and translation requirements in the quote.
Can you create social images or videos as well?
Yes. Include the platforms, formats, quantity, style and source material in your brief. Social media production is quoted separately from website packages.
